A collection of fake IEEE conferences sent us this unsolicited spam email. Every day, every moment a new bogus IEEE conference appears. Why does IEEE have this outrageous behaviour? Why didn't IEEE control its publications? Recently, IEEExplore erased 1100 conference proceedings because they were found to be bogus (fake).
