Dr. KOYLE (a former IEEE Officer) said: "many IEEE Conferences have already published SCIGEN auto-generated papers without any kind of review ..."

WE RECEIVED THIS TEXT, see [1]:

I worked in IEEE for more than ten years. A number of Open Source software proponents, such as Richard Stallman[8] and Daniel J. Bernstein[9], have criticized IEEE's copyright policy. When publishing with the IEEE, the author is forced to transfer his copyright to the IEEE who then sells the paper in journals as well as online without paying anything to the authors or the reviewers. Attendance fees to conference meetings are also notoriously high. This has prompted the appearance of new, more open scientific publishers

I know that many IEEE Conferences have already published SCIGEN auto-generated papers without any kind of review (like the IEEE Conferences that were organized by Nagib Callaos; Conferences with the support of IEEE Chapter of Venezuela)

I had published this report in WIKIPEDIA
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Institute_of_Electrical_and_Electronics_Engineers&oldid=207586865

but the Wikipedia got money ("donation") from IEEE and they removed
my paragraph:
many IEEE Conferences have already published SCIGEN auto-generated papers without any kind of review (like the IEEE Conferences that were organized by Nagib Callaos; Conferences with the support of IEEE Chapter of Venezuela)

I ask you very kindly to host it in your blog

Thanks
Dr. Koyle
